Annapurna

Annapurna is a massif in the Himalayas in North-Central Nepal that includes one peak over 8,000 metres, thirteen peaks over 7,000 metres, and sixteen more over 6,000 metres. Annapurna Base Camp Trek is the major trekking option around the Annapurna region.

One of the best trekking packages in the world, Annapurna Base Camp is filled with stunning views of mountains, glaciers and rocky landscapes.

All this also comes with a fun-filled adventure comprising a fresh diaspora of typical Nepali villages and their local lifestyles in the Himalayan regions.

Characterized by a walk among red rhododendron hills and alpine until Annapurna Base Camp at the height of 4130m (13546ft.)

 Program Itinerary

The trek commences from the beautiful city of Pokhara. A myriad of mountains can be observed throughout the trip, a few namely: Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre) and Ganggapurna. The itinerary for Annapurna Base Camp trek has been set as follows:

Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu. Night stay in a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Departure to Pokhara. Eight hours drive to Pokhara. Can reach their by tourist bus, Private car and Air (Includes: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 3: We drive to naya pul which is 1 hour and 20 minutes. We trek From Birethanti to Ghandruk, Beautiful village of gurung community. Than we visit to gurung museum.  

Day 4: Trek from Ghandruk to Chhomrong with is five to six hours trek. Where you can see the view of can view Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre) and Ganggapurna.

Day 5: Chommrong to Dovan which is five to six hours trek. The trek leads us further through into the dense forests.

Day 6: Dovan to Deurali (a four to five hours trek).

Day 7: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp Which is five to six hours. View of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Overnight stay.

Day 8: Annapurna Base camp to Bamboo which is downhill and we trek 7 to 8 hours as it should not be difficult. All the while enjoying the gorgeous landscapes.

Day 9: Bamboo to Jhinu Danda Which is 5 to sive hours trek. Its attraction are the majestic view of mountains and Jhinu hot spring where you can bath. Overnight stay.

Day 10: Trek to Naya Pul where we had started our trek. Six hours walk from Jhinu Danda. And a  1 hour and 20 minutes drive from Pokhara. Overnight stay at pokhara.

Day 11: After breakfast we will go for sightseeing in Pokhara. Enjoy the beautiful city and call it a day.

Day 12: Departure to Kathmandu.

 

Duration: 12 days

(Trip includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner expect the first day and the last day)
